The following is a transcript for the episode "Musical Thrones".
Script
(At the stadium, the annual Musical Thrones Tournament is about to start. Fireworks can be seen shooting above the stadium.)
Poppy: (Through the microphone) Put your hair together, Trolls. It’s the fun event you’ve been waiting for, since the last fun event you were waiting for… (The crowd cheers.) … which was yesterday. It’s the Musical Thrones Tournament! (The audience cheers again.) As Queen, it is my honor to be this year’s Gamemaker, to design game layouts that live up to many epic ones from the past. (The camera shows the chairs in placed in the shape of a star.)
Cooper: Star-shaped? (He twists his neck.) Are you kidding me?!
Guy Diamond: I’m geeking out! Yeah!
Troll #1: Wahoo!
Poppy: Looks like our players are about finished warming up. There’s Aspen Heitz, aka, The Chair Wolf! (Aspen sits in his chair and howls like a wolf. The camera moves to Branch reading a book.) The rookie, Branch!
Branch: Uh… (chuckles)
Poppy: (As the camera shows Biggie and Smidge wearing sunglasses) And who could forget the Sitters Extraordinaire, the Rembrandts of Recline, the only pair that plays as a team, Biggie and Smidge! (Biggie and Smidge sit in chairs and the audience cheers for them.)
Branch: Wait, you guys play as a team?
Smidge: That’s right!
Biggie and Smidge: We sit together, or we don’t sit at all! Go, Sit Twins! (They give each other a high-five.)
Branch: The Sit Twins? But how can you-
Smidge: Hold on. We’re not done.
Biggie and Smidge: Sit Twins! Sit Twins! Sit Twins! Sit Twins! (They look at Branch for a moment.) Sit Twins!
Branch: Uh… Catchy. But how can you play together? There’s only one winner in Musical Thrones. (Biggie and Smidge gasp and sit down.)
Smidge: Oh, no! We never thought of that. (A moment later, she and Biggie laugh.) It’s easy. We just trade off who gets to be champion. (She jumps off her chair.) Like this year, it’s my turn to win.
Biggie: Being a team is just more fun, and it makes us better friends. Nothing can come between us.
Both: Nothing can come between us! Nothing can come between us! Nothing can come between us!
Poppy: Since this is my first year as Gamemaker, I’ve decided to spice things up. (She puts the microphone in her hair.) So, whoever is the last Troll sitting will win… this. (She pulls a lever.)
Biggie and Smidge: Nothing can come between us! (A huge bracelet appears.) Oh, my!
Poppy: A state-of-the-art Hug Watch, equipped with HPS: Hug Positioning System. (The Trolls gasp and she presses a button on the Hug Watch.)
Hug Watch: Nearest hugger located within 5ft.
Biggie and Smidge: Ooh.
Smidge: Smidgie like!
Biggie: I could do a lot of huggin’ with a watch like that.
Smidge: Huh? I think you mean I could do a lot of huggin’. It is my turn to win, remember?
Biggie: Yeah. Yeah, I know, Smidge. (chuckles)
Smidge: Biggie, the watch is literally reflecting in your eyes!
Biggie: Oh! So they were. But I’d never dream of breaking our alliance. No matter how beautiful she is. (He looks at the watch again.) No! Go, Sit Twins! (He chuckles while Smidge grumbles. The game then starts.)
Poppy: Sitters, take your places! (Biggie and Smidge gasp and go to the chairs placed in a circle. They growl while Guy Diamond, Satin and Chenille grunt. Branch stays still.) Hit it, DJ! (DJ Suki plays music and the competitors start moving in a circle. Soon, she stops it.)
DJ Suki: Go! (The competitors run toward the chairs.)
Branch: (In slow-motion) No! (Just before the competitors reach the chairs, they disappear and they fall to the ground.) What gives?
Poppy: I told you, I am spicing things up! (She pulls another lever and the stage she is standing on rises into the air. The crowd gasps in surprise.) This year, you have to find the chairs yourselves… out there! (The competitors gasp.) I know! Pretty cool, right?! Now, may the best Troll sit! (The competitors get up and run out of the stadium.) Round 1: In The Wild. (As Guy Diamond runs, he pushes some Trolls aside. The other competitors search for the chairs on the ground.) Oh-ho! It’s all happening! My first year as Gamemaker will be bigger, badder, and even more fun than anyone’s ever experienced!
DJ Suki: Poppy, this seems a little intense.
Poppy: Aw! Thank you! (She cackles loudly. On the ground, Biggie and Smidge are searching for a chair.)
Smidge: Got to find a chair! Got to find a chair!
Biggie: Cake! 9 o’clock! (He points to a chair in a huge cake with orange and light red frosting. He and Smidge gasp and run to it. Smidge digs through the top of the cake while Biggie eats at the bottom. He is starting to get full.) Too much! I can’t take it anymore! (He falls on his back.)
Smidge: You don’t have to eat it!
Biggie: (Sitting up) Oh. (He takes more big bites and the chair is free.)
Smidge: That’s one! One more chair to go.
Both: We sit together, or we don’t sit at all! (They hear yelling in the distance.)
Smidge: There! (Two male Glitter Trolls are trying to sit on a chair with a spring underneath it.)
Glitter Troll #1: (As he falls) Whoa!
Glitter Troll #2: (As the chair spins and sends him flying) Whoa! (Biggie picks up Smidge and throws her at the springy chair.)
Smidge: (As she causes the chair to spin) Oh, my Guh! (She stops the chair with her hair. Biggie carries his chair and they sit together.)
Poppy: And those are the final chairs!
Biggie and Smidge: Go, Sit Twins!
Poppy: For those of you who didn’t get a chair, better luck nest year! (The eliminated competitors groan.) The easy round has come to an end! (The camera moves over to Branch who has found his chair in a hole he dug in.)
Branch: That was the easy round?
Poppy: Now onto Round 2! Hit it, DJ! (DJ Suki starts the music. As Poppy sings, we show a montage of the rounds. Round 2 is Blindfolds.)
(Poppy)

Biggie and Smidge: (After finding their chairs while blindfolded) Sit Twins! (Round 3 is Underwater and Round 4 is Puffalo Chase.)

Biggie: Yay! (He realizes he is about to hit a tree.) Oh!
(Poppy)

Smidge: (While holding on to her Puffalo) Huh?
(Poppy)
Musical Thrones! (Biggie sits in his chair. Smidge jumps onto the chair on her Puffalo and stops it.)
Smidge: You sat without me!
Biggie: I’m so sorry, Smidge. It was an accident. I-I was trying to get control of my Puffalo.
Smidge: So this isn’t you trying to get the Hug Watch for yourself?
Biggie: Goodness, no! I’m a Sit Twin all the way.
Smidge: OK. (She hears another Puffalo bleating and we see that Branch sat on the chair just in time.)
Branch: I did it. (The Puffalo wheezes and falls to the ground and the chair falls over.)
DJ Suki: Gee, Poppy, you think maybe you’re taking the fun a little too far?
Poppy: Um… What does it say right here? (The camera zooms in on a red tag on her dress that says “Gamemaker.”)
DJ Suki: “Gamemaker.”
Poppy: And what does it say right here? (The camera zooms in on a tag on DJ Suki’s tank top that says her name.)
DJ Suki: “DJ Suki.”
Poppy: And what does it say here? (The camera zooms in on another tag on Poppy’s dress that says “Trust me.”)
DJ Suki: Wait, where did that come from?
Poppy: Never mind that. Good times! Wahoo! (She takes out her microphone from her hair.) Ladies and gentlemen, we have our top 3 players who will compete in the semifinals. But first… snack time. (She pulls another lever and cookies fall from the sky. The Trolls who caught some eat them. Branch goes over to Biggie who is sitting on a bench eating a cookie.)
Branch: Biggie, this game is nuts. I don’t know how you do this every year.
Biggie: Well, I’ll tell you how. With my amazing partner, Smidge. Even if Poppy changes the rules, with a great teammate there’s no challenge you can’t overcome. Smidge and I always say…
Smidge: Biggie, they’re giving out extra cookies! (She drops her cookies and sees Biggie talking to Branch.)
Biggie: … we sit together, or we don’t sit at all. (His voice echoes in Smidge’s mind. (Soon, Branch, Biggie, and Smidge are on Round 5 which is Skydiving.)
Poppy: It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s… Round 5: Skydiving! (DJ Suki stops the music.)
DJ Suki: Time to fly!
Poppy: (Pushing the chairs off the stage) Go, go, go! (Smidge, Branch, and Biggie scream as they jump off the stage after the chairs. Smidge gets closer to one of them.)
Smidge: Oh, my Guh! Oh, my Guh! Oh, my Guh! (Biggie grabs the chair.) HEY!
Biggie: I’ve got this one, Sit Twin! (Branch screams as he falls past Biggie and Smidge.) Go grab the other before Branch!
Smidge: No, you go! I’ll take this one!
Biggie: But you’re faster!
Smidge: NO! I KNOW WHAT YOU’RE UP TO! ONCE I LEAVE, YOU’LL SIT! (She sits in the chair and forms her hair into a parachute, causing Biggie to let go of it. He grunts angrily. Branch is still struggling to reach the last chair.)
Branch: Almost got it. Almost got it! (A bird attacks him and he cries out. Biggie sits on the chair and forms his hair into a parachute. He and Smidge then land in the stadium safely.)
Biggie: Smidge, you sat without me!
Smidge: Yeah, I did! Because you have a counter-alliance with Branch!
Biggie: What?! No, I don’t! I would never-
Smidge: Yes, you do! I heard you!
Poppy: (As the stage lands) Hey, hey! Let’s give it up for our finalists! Whoo! (The audience cheers for Biggie and Smidge.)
Smidge: I can’t trust you anymore!
Biggie: Well, fine. If you can’t trust me, then I guess our alliance is over. I could use that Hug Watch, anyway.
Smidge: FINE!
Both: Hmph! (They angrily walk away from each other.)
Poppy: Uh… (chuckles) Guys? (She looks at an annoyed DJ Suki.) OK, maybe I did take the fun a little too far. (Branch screams as the bird throws him onto the stage.) Branch, you’re out.
Branch: (panting) Thank you. Thank you.
Poppy: I think we got to make some changes. (She talks through the microphone.) And so we’ve reached the final round! Mano a mano. (Biggie and Smidge are moving around the last chair.) Two Trolls enter, one Troll leaves. Nothing cute this time. Just straight-up musical chairs. Winner-take-all.
Smidge: Should have known you’d betray me when you missed my birthday after-after-party. You only came to my party and the after-party. Who does that?!
Biggie: Oh, yeah?! Well, you smell great, and you have beautiful long eyelashes, and I’m bad at this. (He and Smidge growl and DJ Suki stops the music.)
DJ Suki: Go!
Smidge: (As Biggie yells) Let’s go! (She and Biggie try to run to the chair, but it goes into the ground and a button appears. The crowd gasps.)
Poppy: OK, maybe one cute thing.
Biggie: Huh? (He presses a button with his foot and the chair reappears.)
Smidge and Biggie: Huh? (As soon as Biggie releases the button, the chair goes into the ground again.)
Poppy: (As Biggie continues to press the button) As our two players will soon realize, I designed this round with them in mind. Round 6! It will take teamwork to sit in the final throne.
All: Ooh!
Smidge: Teamwork?
Biggie: No way! (He and Smidge look away from each other. He then presses the button and tries to jump onto the chair, but it goes down because he released the button.) No, not even close. (Smidge jumps onto the button and fails to jump onto the chair as well. She and Biggie fail a few more times and finally lie down panting.)
Smidge: Biggie, this is pointless. What if Poppy’s right?
Biggie: You mean, work together again? Who would win?
Smidge: (sighs) I don’t care. At least when we were a team we were having fun. Are you having fun now?
Biggie: Yes. No.
Smidge: Then I say… (She presses the button and the chair rises out of the ground.) … after you. Biggie then gets up.)
Biggie: Thanks, Sit Twin. (Biggie sits on the chair and the crowd cheers for him. Fireworks shoot in the air again. Soon, Biggie and Smidge are on the stage with Poppy and DJ Suki. Poppy puts a purple crown with orange and yellow shapes on Biggie's head and he gasps.)
Poppy: And, of course, the grand prize. (She takes out the Hug Watch.) A brand-new Hug Watch with HPS. (Biggie gasps and takes the Hug Watch. Then he gives it to Smidge.)
Smidge: (gasps) For me?! B-But you won!
Biggie: It was a team effort.
Hug Watch: Nearest hugger located within 2ft. (Biggie and Smidge hug.)
Biggie and Smidge: Aw! (The crowd cheers for them.) Sit Twins for life! (The give each other two high-fives.)
