The following is a transcript for the episode "The Fabyrinth".
Script
(Poppy, Holly, and Val are getting off the Metroll train carrying a trophy.)
Poppy: Wow, guys. I still can’t get over how amazing we were in that Guess-and-Draw tournament! (We go to the past to where she and her friends were in the tournament. Holly is drawing a picture.)
Past Poppy and Val: Oh, the Leaning Tower of Troll-za! as the sun gently sets over a brisk autum eve... ...on a Tuesday!
Past Holly: Yes! (We go back to the present.)
Val: We crushed that game. (She puts the trophy she is holding in her hair.) I don’t even know how it happened.
Poppy: Actually, I think I do. I think we may be entering the BFF zone.
Val: The BFF?
Holly: Zone?
Poppy: Yeah. I don’t know about you guys, but ever since the three of us met, I kind of hoped that our friendship would one day become a BFF-ship.
Holly: Aw! Me too.
Val: Ew. Oh, yeah, me too.
Poppy: Well, the BFF zone is where that happens! It’s the sweet spot when you’re in a groove so connected that you finish each other’s…
Val: Cupcakes?
Holly: Yeah, like you baked cupcakes which we’ll finish by eatin’ ‘em?
Poppy: Exactly! (She takes out a plate of cupcakes and they pick them up.)
All: YAY! (Just as they are about to eat, Branch calls out to them.)
Branch: Hello! Can someone help me, please? I’m stuck!
Poppy: Branch? (She, Holly, and Val head to Branch’s bunker and gasp because they see that he has built a maze with many tubes and slides.)
Val: It looks like some crazy hardcore playground maze.
Branch: Um, it’s not a playground maze. It’s a complex system of interlocking recreational components, forming a sophisticated labyrinth.
Holly: Well, Branch, this labyrinth of yours is pretty fabulous! (She, Poppy, and Val gasp.)
All: Fabyrinth!
Branch: I’m not calling it that.
Val: It’s a fabyrinth now, Branch. Deal with it.
Poppy: Yeah. Now, what’s this about being stuck?
Branch: (groans) I was finishing some work in the center of the of the maze, when I realized I left my blueprints outside and… (grunts) … got lost in my own labyrinth.
Poppy, Holly, and Val: Fabyrinth.
Branch: I’m not calling it that! (Holly picks up the blueprints.)
Holly: Don’t worry, Branch! We’ll find you lickity split! (giggles) I don’t know if you heard, but we’re in the BFF zone now. We can basically do whatever we dang well please.
All: Woo-hoo! (They head for the tube entrance, but Val stops.)
Val: Whoa! Hold up, BFFs. I’m not sure I heard Branch say the magic word. (Poppy and Holly smile.)
Branch: Please, will you come find me? (Poppy, Val, and Holly put their hands to their ears and he groans.) In the fabyrinth?
Poppy, Holly, and Val: Whoo! (They run into the maze.) Ooh! (The camera zooms out to reveal several tubes and slides.)
Holly: I’ll navigate, y’all. Back home they call me Navigatin’ Holly. On the count, there’d be no H word which means navigatin’. Let’s go!
Val: Eh, I don’t know.
Holly: You don’t know, BFF?
Val: Just saying, BFF. The best way to beat the maze is to take a path no-one expects. You know, get a few corners, knock down some walls.
Branch: Um, please don’t knock down walls.
Holly: I agree with Branch’s disembodied voice. I’d rather use a map.
Val: And I’d rather place a trail. (She and Holly growl at each other.)
Poppy: Oh! Uh… I’m sensing a bit of tension here, gang and nothing can take us out of the BFF zone like tension.
Val: Yeah, you’re right.
Holly: Yeah, I know what you mean.
Poppy: So, how about we just draw hairs? (She pulls two parts of her hair out.) whoever wins will try their way. (Holly and Val pull parts of the piece. Val gets a small piece and Holly gets a big piece.)
Holly: Looks like I got the long hair, BFF.
Val: (Throwing her hair piece away) Fair spare, BFF.
Poppy: Yay!
Holly: All right, y’all. I know just where to go. Follow me! (She, Poppy, and Val begin to explore the maze.) Let’s go this way! (Soon, girls go through a tube with cylinder glass and check it out. Then they reach a slide. They jump and slide with their arms in their air.)
Poppy and Val: Whoooooooo!
Holly: Yeeeeee-haaaaaw! (They soon reach a dead end.) A dead end?! (She and her friends get up and she looks at the blueprint.) Hm. (chuckles) Yeah. I’d say, should have turned left at the trampolines, y’all. (She, Val, and Poppy go to the trampoline part of the maze. They bounce until they hit a wall.) Dead end again?! (She looks at the map again.) Oh. (laughs) Well, 3rd time’s the charm, y’all. WHOO... (She, Poppy, and Val end up at a third dead end.) HOO KEEPS PUTTIN' THESE DEAD ENDS HERE, Y’ALL?! GAH!
Val: OK, plan nap is a bust. Time for plan awesome! (She goes over to a vent.) Let’s rock a path that cuts through all of Branch’s dead ends. (She touches the vent cover and it opens.)
Holly: Uh… Your way looks a little black and ominous, BFF. (The girls hear creepy noises in the vent.)
Val: Well, it’s better than walking in circles, BFF.
Holly: Oh! (chuckles) Is that so, BFF?
Val: That’s right, BFF!
Holly: Well, aren’t you just super informative, BFF?
Val: Always here to help, BFF.
Poppy: Whoa-ho-ho, guys. Tension again. Holly, we tried your way, so we should give Val’s way to try. Right?
Holly: Yeah, yeah, it’s only fair, BFF.
Val: Thanks, BFF. Everyone inside! (Poppy and Holly get in the vent.) Now that we’re pleasing our own trail, nothing stands between us and victory. (She goes inside the vent and closes the cover. She, Poppy, and Holly scream as steam blows at them, a machine tries to crush them, they hand over a moat of Glitter Gators, they struggle to get through gears, and are surrounded by lasers. Finally, they get out of the vent and pant to calm down.)
Holly: Know what now?! If we weren’t in the BFF zone, I’d say that was about the worst plan over conveyed!
Val: (chuckles) Really?! Well, if we weren’t in the BFF zone, I’d say that at least my plan got us farther than your… “havigating!”
Holly: (gasps) You best watch it, Thundershock, ‘cause where I come from when we take out our front fingers, they don’t get put away till someone’s riddled with irony! (Poppy stops the argument by mimicking a record sound.)
Val: Uh… Poppy?
Holly: What are you doin’?
Poppy: Just easing the tension. (She makes more record noises.) Whoo! (laughs) Come on, guys. If we stick together, we can beat this maze! (She, Val, and Holly hold hands. As they go through the maze, they sing BFF Zone. They go through fun things like monkey bars, swings, ball pits, and slides.)

Forever and until the end (Poppy, Holly, and Val go down a huge slide. Close to the bottom, they hold hands and laugh when they get to the bottom.)
Val: You were right, Popsqueak! If we stick together, we can beat this. (She looks around.) Wait. Are we back… at the beginning?! (The camera reveals that the huge slide has taken them back to the start of the maze.)
Holly & Val: Oh, come on!
Poppy: (chuckles) It’s OK. Minor set-back, right?
Holly: Minor?! Now we gotta navigate this maze all over again!
Val: Oh, hey, great! I heard dead ends are even more impressive than the 2nd time around.
Holly: What?! What exactly are you sayin’?!
Val: You’re bad at maps!
Holly: (gasps) Well, if we did things your way, we’d be smashed like a Sicklberry on a wagon wheel!
Val: WHAT’S A SICKLBERRY?!
Holly: I DON’T KNOW!!!
Poppy: Guys, please calm down! We need to stay in the BFF zone!
Holly: We are outta this zone Poppy! Way out! (She and Val walk away.) I’m gonna find Branch my own way!
Poppy: Holly, come back!
Val: Suit yourself! (She jumps into another vent.)
Poppy: Val! Guys, wait! (She runs off to find her friends. She goes down an orange slide and into a tube with glass.) Holly? (She goes up some stairs and through a red tube.) Val? (She goes through more tubes.) Holly? Val! Holly! (She soon ends up at a dead end.) No! (She sighs and sits down.) Listen, I know it’s been a while since we’ve talked, but if you’re out there, I could really use some help right now.
Branch: Yeah, I’m here.
Poppy: OK, good. (sighs) I don’t know what to do, Branch. It really seems like Val, Holly, and I were in the BFF zone. But there was all this tension and we kept disagreeing and…
Branch: And?
Poppy: And?
Branch: Poppy, come on. Even I know disagreements isn’t always bad for friendships. It just means people are getting real with each other. And deep down, I’m sure you already know this because when it comes to friendship, you taught me everything I know.
Poppy: True. I’m a very good teacher. Thanks, Branch.
Branch: You’re welcome. (He yells so loud that the maze shakes.) NOW, CAN YOU PLEASE GET ME OUT OF THIS MAZE?! (His voice echoes and Poppy gets an idea.)
Poppy: (gasps) Wow! Impressive acoustics. What are these walls made of anyway? (She follows Branch’s voice.)
Branch: Well, as the old saying goes, give a Troll some stuck-o will have some stuck-o, but teach a Troll to stuck-o, and… (laughs) Watch out, mister! And yes, I know, panhead screws deeper threating, but calling fashion, I’ll take a box of Pennysangers each day of the week. Care to venture a guess as to how many pounds of- (We can see that he has a beard and is drawing a picture of him and Poppy holding their hands on the ground.)
Poppy: Hey, Branch.
Branch: Aah! (It is revealed that some Dust Bunnies were on him and they run away.) Poppy?! Oh, hey, you don’t really care about my new-ons take on construction material, do you?
Poppy: No, I do! Very informative.
Branch: Yeah? Well, what was your favorite part?
Poppy: The part where… OK, let’s get out of here. (She drags Branch out of the maze. He sits down and kisses the grass.) All right. I’m gonna go back in for Holly and Val see if we can work things out. (Just before she enters the maze again, Holly comes out with her hair messy.) Holly! (Holly falls to the ground. Val gets out of the vent and closes it while attacked by a Glitter Gator.) Val! What happened to you guys?
Holly: I got very, very lost! (She fixes her hair by shaking it.) Oh, Val, I was wrong. I am bad at maps.
Val: No, I was wrong, Holly. Not every shortcut is a good idea.
Poppy: No, guys, I was wrong. I should have let you two express the tension you were feeling instead of trying to ignore it.
All: Aw! (They hug each other.)
Branch: Well, it looks like you three are BFFs after all. And all thanks to my labyrinth.
Poppy, Holly, and Val: Fabyrinth!
Branch: I’M NOT CALLING IT THAT!
